April 22 American Idol Results Double Elimination

After the judges saved Matt Giraud last week, American Idol Season 8 will be taking out two idols this week. AI fans are now closely awaiting the April 22 American Idol Results but most of them are already expecting that Lil Rounds and Matt Giraud will be the next idols to go. Of course, there's always a possibility that Anoop will leave instead of Matt but all bets are sure that Lil will be going home next.
